Event Description: MITE Academic Boot Camp
The Multiethnic Introduction to Engineering (MITE) Academic
Boot Camp is a five-week college simulation program for rising High
School Seniors modeled after the Freshman Engineering Academic Boot
Camp. MITE participants are immersed in first year
engineering courses, including Chemistry and Calculus, and engineering
projects. The agenda includes SAT review, engineering design, time
management and social acclimatization to college life. |
