Event Description:
What IF eating insects saved the planet? 

Dr. Andrea Liceaga, Associate Professor of Food Science and Director of the Sensory Evaluation Laboratory, will host Chef Joseph Yoon of Brooklyn Bugs for a discussion about insects as a source of protein.

Chef Yoon will present gourmet food made with insects as ingredients. The event is free and open to the public.
