NAECC and Honors College Visiting Scholars Program featuring Ishmael Hope
Sunday, March 31 through Saturday, April 6

Native Elders are essential to the survival of tribal nations. Their wisdom and lived experiences demonstrate the wealth of information they hold and the respect they have earned from their communities. Alaska Storyteller and Poet Ishmael Hope will present how the Elders frame their stories into teaching and learning opportunities. This program is a collaboration with the Civic Engagement and Leadership Development.
